Restore points and Internet caches evidence – insufficient evidence to proceed.

I don’t normally do this but, last week I spent two half days (on and off) giving evidence at the Old Bailey in relation to a sexual assault case.
As a result of the Judges’ comments I find myself writing this in an attempt to advise others.
